Very true and inspirational story! Like you I am a skeptic when it comes to any weight loss program. I recently started my own intermittent fasting protocol and drastically cut down on carbs and eating out. In about four weeks, I shed about 8 lbs. I noticed my resistance towards common cold is higher. My experiment is underway and need to go on for six months to an year before I can call it a lifestyle change. Thanks for sharing yours!
