Very true what you say about today’s London! I was in London for a week or so in the summer of 2019. I compared last summer with another summer I spent a few years ago and the difference was huge. There were way too many people in the tubes. At times I couldn’t manage to get in the doors because so many non-English speaking people were hogging the train doors and won’t budge when I was asking politely to enter with two small kids. It is overcrowded. I kind of got a good feeling about why BREXIT was happening, I think older English folks were getting fed up with overcrowding of so-called European migrants in the UK. I would probably think the same way, even though BREXIT is a very bad idea for the UK. At least, I can understand where the push came from. Thanks for your write up!
